As an animation employee, you ensure a nice, safe and relaxed atmosphere for children and teenagers at the campsite. You organize activities that suit the day, the group and the environment: from sports and games to creative moments and campfire nights.

Together with the recreation team, you will help you think about the weekly program and carry it out with attention and overview. You supervise activities, make easy contact and sense what a group needs. Sometimes you help with a barbecue or practical preparation. You work with peace and commitment, so that children have fun and parents can enjoy their vacation in a relaxed way.

You stay at the campsite and are part of a small, close-knit team. You will receive €350 per week and a place to sleep. You work with 2—4 colleagues and have free time during the day on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We reimburse travel costs up to €100. If you come by train, we will pick you up in Ebersbach (Saxony).

You are enthusiastic, creative and flexible. You have experience with children's and/or teenage work and are strong in front of a group. You can work independently, but you also feel comfortable in a team. You have a Christian identity and express it naturally. You are available for at least three weeks during the summer holidays and are 18 years or older.
