Our recreation team
During the high season, a Dutch-speaking recreation team is present at Camping de Regenboog. They organize a varied program of sports, games and fun activities for different ages, from creative moments and sports games to pub quizzes, campfire nights and drops.
Everything is optional: you choose what to participate in. This creates a nice balance between being active, fun and enough space to fill in your own day.

The recreation team provides a varied program with sports, games and meetings. The activities are simple, fun and in line with the rhythm of the campsite.
Sporting activities
Every week, we organize football and volleyball tournaments and a hexathlon. In addition, we regularly play games such as Crazy 88 and Capture the Flag.
Kidsclub (4—12 years old)
For children aged 4 to 12, the kids club starts with Boaz de Beer picking up the children, followed by dances. Then there are quests, game mornings, crafts, bingo, hexathlon and a Bible club.
Youth base
In the evening, the youth center is the meeting place with games, karaoke and night games. A football table, dart board and board games are available.
Campfire & theme nights
We organize bingo and quiz nights, BBQ, dropping, campfire nights, talent night, sing-in and sometimes a live band.
Especially for 8—12 years
In addition to the kids club, this group also has a mini dropping and its own mini youth base.
Sunday: rest & meeting
On Sunday, there is a meeting with coffee in the morning, a contemplative walk in the afternoon and a sing-in by the campfire in the evening.
For young and old
The recreation program is tailored to different ages. There are playful and creative activities for younger children, while teenagers and young people have their own range of sports, games, quizzes and evening activities such as the youth center and droppings.
Adults can also participate in shared moments; in the app, you can see what's on the program, such as sporting activities, campfire nights or a pub quiz. This creates a program where everyone can find something that suits them.
Playgrounds and sheep pasture
At Camping De Regenboog, we have plenty of space for children to play and explore safely and freely.
At the entrance, you will find the classic playground with a slide, swings, trampoline, sandbox and climbing equipment. In addition, there is a water playground with a hand pump and sand, where children can enjoy splashing and building.
Our sheep pasture is also nearby, where children can see the sheep and goats up close and sometimes help feed them.
Recreational talent wanted
Behind Camping De Regenboog, there is an involved team that loves outdoor life and hospitality. We work together, help each other and make guests feel welcome.
Speakers and/or musicians, Sunday services and sing-inn (high season)
On Sunday, you will be involved in the meetings and moments of reflection at the campsite. As a speaker, you provide the service from start to finish and pre-coordinate with the music team about song choice and structure. You speak to a mixed audience and take into account different backgrounds.
Front desk assistant (high season)
As a front desk employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll receive them upon arrival, check in and out, and answer questions in a calm, friendly manner. You give tips about the environment, process administrative tasks and take phone calls.
